Job Description

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications . They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Requirements

  • Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support to construction and deployment.
  • Lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute towards building niche solutions/POC’s.
  • Advocate standard methodologies to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations / implementations.
  • Contribute across all phases of CRM projects (e. g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test).
  • Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365, Field Services etc .
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
  • Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, Customer Workflows, JavaScript) and Web API.
  • Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, NET, AngularJS.
  • Integration experience of Dynamics 365 CE with other applications. Experience in Data migration– data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and custom applications.
  • Technical expertise in setting up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools. DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE.

Qualifications

BE/BTECH/MCA/BSC or equivalent

Other Skills

  • SharePoint
  • BizTalk or other Middleware technologies used for integrations Azure or other cloud solutions
  • SSIS, SSAS and BI
