Job Description

As a Fresher Technical Consultant, you will undergo comprehensive training in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Apps. This role is designed to help you gain both functional and technical expertise, preparing you to work on real-world client projects in digital transformation, CRM, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training programs to build deep knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform implementation, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 CE modules and Power Apps.
  • Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Document solutions, support Agile project delivery, and ensure adherence to quality and timelines.
  • Engage in custo
  • mer-facing interactions and contribute to relationship-building with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Solid grasp of programming fundamentals and software engineering principles.
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (preferably in C# or Java).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RDBMS concepts.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
